Can’t I get a Better Price on the House if I Don’t Use a Buyer’s Agent?
No. When a seller lists a house, the seller signs a contract with a set
commission fee. If the buyer doesn’t have an agent, the listing agent
keeps the entire commission while working on the seller’s behalf.
In addition when you have a Buyer’s Agent you have someone
negotiating on your behalf.
