ULI St. Louis presents its annual real estate trends and forecast meeting, featuring insights from leading national and local experts. The program will begin with a presentation by national expert Stephen Blank on the Emerging Trends in Real Estate 2013 report — a joint publication of ULI and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
In addition to Blank’s national picture, a panel of leading local real estate investors and experts will share their perspectives on trends for the St. Louis region and answer questions such as: How will national economic and real estate trends play out in the St. Louis area? What is driving the St. Louis economy today? What will happen to real estate fundamentals in 2013? How do investors view real estate investment prospects for our region?
