Dan was careful about pricing our house at the sweet spot…we had an offer within 8 days of listing and it was within $2500 of our asking price. Dan was also proactive. At the open house he noticed that our windows were dingy and immediately called us so that he could clean them! His staging designer had great suggestions that really made a difference in the look of the house. Those suggestions were also very manageable and cost-efficient. Dan and his assistant Christy kept us on point throughout the contract process. Dan is low-key, upfront, and to-the-point. It was a pleasure to work with a professional.
