Dan was our buyers’ agent and helped us find the perfect house! As first-time home buyers, we knew nothing about the process. From the beginning Dan was patient and informative as we reviewed listings and visited showings. He knows a lot about houses and was quick to point out potential red flags that we may not have noticed. 

After 3 months of searching, we finally found our house. Dan happened to have a previous personal commitment (not a client) that night, but he gave up his night to arrange a last-minute showing and stayed late with us to draw up an offer.

After our offer was accepted, Dan and his team continued to help us navigate our way to the closing. He was instrumental in getting issues addressed that came up in the inspection and made us feel confident that we were making a sound investment. 

We never doubted for a second that he always had our best interest at heart. He never pressured us or acted like a salesman, even when the market seemed hopeless. He was always quick to respond to text or email and even called to discuss our inspection response while he was on vacation! He made our home-buying process as painless as possible and we would absolutely recommend him without hesitation!
