Saint Louis Realtor Earns Esteemed 2014 Angie’s List Super Service Award

Dan Brassil, Real Estate Broker/Salesperson with Circa Properties, has earned the service industry’s coveted Angie’s List Super Service Award, reflecting an exemplary year of service provided to members of the local services marketplace and consumer review site in 2014.

“My team and I really focus on making every clinet experience a positive one,” remarked Dan Brassil.  “We exist because of our clients, and we remember that every day.”

This is the third consecutive year Mr. Brassil has earned the award.

“Only about 5 percent of the Real Estate companies in Saint Louis have performed so consistently well enough to earn our Super Service Award,” said Angie’s List Founder Angie Hicks. “It’s a really high standard.”

Angie’s List Super Service Award 2014 winners have met strict eligibility requirements, which include an “A” rating in overall grade, recent grade, and review period grade; the company must be in good standing with Angie’s List, pass a background check and abide by Angie’s List operational guidelines.

Service company ratings are updated daily on Angie’s List. Companies are graded on an A through F scale in areas ranging from price to professionalism to punctuality.

Dan Brassil transferred in real estate back in 2009 after purchasing his own home and discovering the confusing world of real estate transactions. He quickly became convinced that there had to be a better way to get people into great houses. Since then, he has been committed to helping clients find the home of their dreams without the stress and worry the process usually entails
